THE AUBURN
DIFFERENCE
At Auburn, we understand that pursuing a degree while working full-time is a delicate balancing act. Distance students need flexibility and convenience to balance family, work and school responsibilities without sacrificing a quality education from an AACSB- accredited and respected institution.
The online accounting programs offered at Auburn University combine traditional instruction with modern technology delivery to offer educational opportunities to working professionals beyond Auburn’s campus. Since 1989, the Harbert College of Business has been known for the quality of its online programs, as well as for its innovative course delivery.
WHY ACCOUNTING?
Invest in your future and reap huge returns by pursuing an accounting degree from the Harbert College of Business. You will gain tangible skills that can be applied in all areas of business and receive the knowledge and credentials needed to take your career to the next level. In addition, students who successfully pass the CPA Exam and hold a Master of Accountancy degree will have an even larger increase in job prospects.
The School of Accountancy at Auburn University is accredited by the Association
to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International), the gold standard of business and accounting education.
ENGAGED LEARNING
Traditional campus courses are recorded in smart classrooms and online students view the lectures via streaming video either live or at a time convenient to their work schedules. Online discussion boards supplement in-class discussions and facilitate interaction among peers and professors.
Our instructional delivery is unique in that online students are receiving
the exact same instruction as their campus peers and not courses developed solely for online students. The academic programs offered by the Auburn University School of Accountancy require the same rigor, standards and student accountability as the campus options.
